Custom Integration
Corporate systems; SAP, Maximo, Primavera, PI (Process Information), Process Control, Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), Third party tools, AutoCAD, Intelligent Pig, Dataloggers, Tablets, ROV, Corporate library, PRV Ventil bench test machine.
Data Collection/Migration
Site data collection/formatting for population of database with alignment to corporate systems like SAP, PI and AutoCAD for dynamic interfaces. Data migration experience covering but not limited to: equipment registry, equipment engineering specifications, drawings, inspection and maintenance history, wall thickness readings, chemical composition readings, CP, Intelligent Pigging, Right of Way inspections, ROV videos and all data required for IOW criteria, monitoring and reporting.
Reporting
Annual equipment integrity reports, planning reports, overdue inspections, turnaround reports, SAP alignment (hierarchy, schedules, corrective maintenance requests), etc. Customizable report generation available per client needs.
Training / Development
Training packages developed for targeted audiences (inspectors, corrosion engineers, shop RV technicians, management, field technicians, etc.) Training/development of site superuser(s) to act as focal point between site team and Primalux, as well as offsite training for contractors.
Support
Support can be done remotely or done via a locally trained staff. Local staff are brought on during the early stages of the project, so they are familiar with the client environment, procedures and data. This all depends on the support level requested by the client.
